When creating your return request, you may choose "Receive a store credit". If you choose this option, we will issue you a Store Credit for the value of products returned. We will issue you a store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate that will be emailed to you. A record of the Gift Certificate will be available in your order, so if you lose, or do not receive, the Gift Certificate you will still have access to the Gift Certificate.
You may use the Gift Certificate at any time to pay for any products in the store. Shipping charges will apply.
When creating your return request, you may choose a "Refund my money" for the return. We will process your refund immediately upon receiving and approving your return. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase.
Please note that shipping costs and custom monogramming charges are non-refundable.
If a Gift Certificate was used for your purchase, a new Gift Certificate will be issued to you in the amount of the refund. You will be notified via email when the Gift Certificate is available.
